Windshield01.jpg The Oven box is 2' X 5' X 4'
Windshield02.jpg These lower support boards were removed as they interfered with the installation of the Celotex

Windshield04.jpg The large hole of for the hot air input and the small one is so it can breathe
Windshield05.jpg Heat source. I have temperature control that I use to easily turn it on and off in order to control the oven temperature.
Windshield06.jpg You can see, or maybe not, here, that I have inserted the heater into the unit. It is offset to one side.
Windshield07.jpg The offset was intended to allow the hot air to hit this ramp and circulate back to the other end where the breather hole is. The grate is uncoated fence wire.
Windshield08.jpg The entire inside of the oven is lined with 5/8" Celotex ( Ceiling Tile. $1.90 at Lowes).

Windshield11.jpg It heated to 300 degrees in less than 10 minutes.
Windshield12.jpg The problem was that the temps were 25 degrees apart.
Windshield13.jpg I have place a piece of aluminum sheet on the grate starting at the left side. Now we have about 275
Windshield14.jpg On each side
Windshield15.jpg Now the temps are within 10 degrees. I think by cutting off a little of the sheet on top of the grate, I can get more heat on the right side. This picture is taken with the door open.
